MAXIM BREGER / HOW I WORK
Decisions you can
defend, with evidence.
I run engagements as a governed process rather than an open-ended effort. The point is a result you can verify — not activity you have to trust.
The operating model
Work moves through five stages: contract → execution → evidence → independent verification → human acceptance. Each stage has a defined output, so progress is visible and a result is either accepted or sent back with reasons.
Human above the loop
People set the direction, the budget and the acceptance criteria. AI executes within those boundaries. The judgment that matters — what to build, what is good enough, what to accept — stays with the humans accountable for it.
Evidence over claims
Every meaningful result carries evidence: what was done, how it was verified, and by whom. Independent verification is separate from the person who did the work, and a self-review of my own implementation is never presented as an independent audit.
Measured economics
Where it is useful, I treat cost per accepted result and human review time as first-class metrics. That keeps the conversation on value delivered and effort spent, not on raw output.
What this means for you
- A clear contract and acceptance criteria before work starts.
- Evidence you can review at each stage.
- Independent verification before anything is accepted.
- No guaranteed outcomes or universal delivery promises — scope, access and dependencies set the schedule.
