PRODUCT ENGINEERING CASE

RAMP is a Reddit-focused product that brings community discovery and AI-assisted workflows into a controlled operating process.

The product problem

Relevant communities have different needs, language and expectations. A useful workflow must preserve that context while helping a team research, prepare and review its work.

My contribution

Product and technical architecture: translate the business intent into workflows, prompt and data structures, resource limits and review points. The work connects product decisions with the realities of operating an AI-assisted system.

The engineering lessons

• Separate discovery and interpretation from actions that affect a community.
• Define access, resource budgets and user permissions explicitly.
• Evaluate AI outputs in context, with a human review path.
• Use feedback and observable outcomes to improve the workflow.

Where it leads

The Market Distance direction asks a different question: how does community evidence reveal gaps in a business website? It extends the discovery thinking into a proposed gap-to-change workflow.
